⚠️ Crime Report | 📆 4-13-24 | 🌎 Magnolia ParkDeputy Vollenweider responded to a shoplifting call at 6828 Harrisburg Blvd. The shoplifting suspect was located, detained, and found to be in possession of stolen goods from multiple businesses in the area. The suspect also had Xanax pills and marijuana in his possession. While being transported, the suspect broke a camera system in the patrol vehicle and threatened a deputy.Charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft, Criminal Mischief, and Retaliation Toward a Public Servant were filed and he was booked into Harris County Jail. The motorist was found to have 3 open warrants and was detained. Further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana, synthetic marijuana, baggies, and weight scales. Female Suspect with Toddler in Vehicle Arrested for DWI, Over Twice the Legal Limit⚠️ Crime Report | 📆 4-13-24 | 🌎 Denver HarborDeputy Rodriguez was dispatched near 7604 East Fwy. regarding a suspected drunk driver. An off-duty deputy observed the female driver trying to park the vehicle unsuccessfully before hitting the gas station building.During their investigation, deputies discovered multiple empty beer bottles, an open liquor bottle, and a toddler in the vehicle.Deputies conducted a field sobriety test, which the suspect failed.
